Custom Aerospace Heating Solutions

Thermetic’s Custom Aerospace Heaters are available as cable, cartridge, and tubular heaters over a wide range of design voltages and power levels. We can form, weld, and braze heaters into engineered solutions that meet your application’s custom requirements.

Anti-Icing/Deicing Heaters

Anti-icing and Deicing systems prevent ice from forming on or around an aircraft’s vital sensors. Our Deicing/Anti-Icing Heaters are designed, engineered, and manufactured to prevent ice buildup on aircraft sensors, preventing problems that can impede aircraft response or gauge functionality. 

Pitot Tube & Pitot-Static Probe Heaters

At Thermetic Products, we can custom design and manufacture Pitot and Pitot-Static Probe Heaters for new or existing structures. We have a variety of designs and heater styles that can be customized to your probes’ specifications.

Heated Assemblies

Heated assemblies include electrically heated valves or lines exposed to the atmosphere at altitude and in danger of freezing. Our Heated Assemblies can be custom-integrated into your existing design and provided as formable cable or ready-to-braze-formed heaters.

Flush Static Port Heaters

Thermetic’s Flush Static Port Heaters are custom-designed to your system requirements with smaller configurations measuring 4 mm in diameter and 1.4 mm spiral wound cables that can be brazed into a flush static port housing and sealed.
