3D printer head coil heaters are small coils that heat the printer extruder, thus melting the plastic used in the process of 3D printing. At Thermetic, we provide coil heaters for 3D printer heads that can be supplied as either a basic coil or as an entire printer head assembly. We have worked with some of the most prominent 3D printer manufacturers on custom designs to best meet the design criteria of each system. Our capabilities allow us to source all the sub-components or work with designated vendors. The most common heaters we use are 1 mm and 1.4 mm diameter coaxial cables, coiled to fit the nozzle. We also have other styles available in various housings and cable options for different applications.
